Si Se Puede-Yes You Can Dance & Fitness is open 7 days a week, so there are always classes that will fit into your busy schedules. Let the summer begin!
Zumba® at the Beach w/ Marianela
Long Sands Beach, York, Maine.

Get ready to sink your toes in the sand and dance with an ocean view! Zumba® at the Beach with Marianela is back and we can’t wait! Pre-registration is required via the Town of York, Maine’s website. Click on the link or scan the QR Code, to be directed to the Town of York, Maine’s Recreation Department.
$25.00 per class. You will be prompted to register, prior to adding any class to your cart, if you have not previously done so. Rain or Shine we will dance!
Check-in is one hour prior to each class, in front of the bathhouse.
After class we will be staying on the beach for a picnic. If you would like to join us, it’s a bring-your-own-food picnic, so feel free to bring whatever food you enjoy.
Zumba® w/ Maritza 30/30: 70’s Disco & 80’s Pop

5:45PM- 6:45PM
We’re welcoming summer the best way we know how; on the dance floor, and dancing to your favorite 70’s Disco beats and 80’s Pop music. The class will be split up between the two genres.
The first 30 minutes will be 70’s Disco and the remaining 30 minutes will be 80’s Pop music. Wear your favorite 70’s or 80’s attire and/or accessories (optional), but most importantly, bring your high energy and good vibes!

Let’s celebrate life, doing Zumba at the beach with this crazy Colombian chica, by digging our toes in the sand as we unleash our hips, smile and dance!!
This is an experience you don’t want to miss. Sink your feet in the sand and dance! Pre-registration is required through the York Parks & Rec Website.

Pancreatic Cancer Fundraiser to Support Lora Probus Kinberger and The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Zumba® Masterclass
Saturday, January 31, 2026.
3:00PM-4:30PM (90 minutes)
This special event is being held in support of Lora Probus Kinberger, a beloved part of the Si Se Puede – Yes You Can Dance & Fitness familia, and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN).
We will have a total of 6 Zumba® instructors on this day, using both dance rooms. It will be an incredible class, so join us to dance with a purpose, show your support, and move together as a community.
Don’t forget to wear purple and/or zebra print!
